I've recently flushed all new fluid through, and stripped all calipers/pins and regreased, put in new pads that aren't sticking in the calipers like the old ones, but still I need a lot of pressure to get these brakes working well. I live a VERY mountainous spot so often am hammering...

i very worried at the monent, everytime i break it feels like there is something scratching the brake disk, it comes fom the left front weel, i thought i was the break pads but after a good check i found there are in good shape, but when i open the hood i found the breaking fluid...

Okay, just bought my second Surf (last one died in 2007, probably due to my neglect, not this time). It's a beauty if I say so myself, only 45k miles on the clock and both the engine and interior don't suggest otherwise.

So, want to do a service on it myself....something I've never done...
