Hi John,I might be parting with my surf if the building trade doesent pick up.
Only used weekends for camping trips,11800kms
It did have an oil leak, after talking to bushwacker ive been to the garage and had the bolts tightned on the valve cover which seems to have done the trick.
Very clean inside and out otherwise.
Sid..
Now you have caught me dribbling on my desk....hit me with the asking price !
To be honest im not sure,i want to keep it but work is thin on the ground for joiners at the mo and not showing any signs of picking up.
I bought it august 07 for £4495 the guy would nt budge on the price,i was thinking £3000 but after seeing some of the ones on here going for £1800 etc im not sure, make me an offer lol.

Obviously its worth more to you! So i'd keep it as the Market is Cheap at the moment
Well if tou make your mind up and work a price let me know ,however yo need to be close to £1800 sorry and all that but there are lots of cheap and cheerful Surfs out there at the moment, and i am looking at one on saturday of comparable spec for £1650 ? I haven't drawn my bank draft yet but I do have the cash available, before we buy a dog that is !
Must admit Ilike Zon's car ,but don't want to rob him, it looks just what I'm looking for as well, but the search goes on !
coulddo with your speclist by the way, so i can do my mod shopping list !
Its nice,i know ha ha lol, Good luck with the search and the puppy,
Ive got two border collies, working stock from a farm up in the highlands and they travel in the truck most of the time,i must say i think a double cab would be the answer ,the crap they get covered in .
Well that's Harrogate and York covered, still no joy ! mind you the gunmetal grey with Recaro trim nearly came home unfortunately the paperwork was a bit suss so walked away, looks like I'll have to head south next week !
