Ideally an ssrg in black, but ssrx Ltd would be good.

Mileage and condition needs to be reasonable, under 100k at least.

I've got a 93L 3.0 td SSR-X , ( declared manufacured 1994) 63K , hadn't really considered selling but I may be tempted to part with it for £2750. Everything works / runs 100% apart from the speedo which has packed up , I am looking to get it sorted , but you can see from the previous MOT's / receipts it's only just happened. It's dark metallic grey , only one tiny scratch to speak of about 2" long , I keep meaning to touch it in with a colour stick, but I have laquered it over to prevent rust. I got it originally to take the dog out in, off the beaten track , bit of green laning and let him roam free away from the risks of traffic and other dogs, but he seems to get travel sick on long journeys and it's a 4th vehicle, alongside our family car my van and sportsbike so it's not getting used like it should. I am off work for xmas for about another 2 weeks ( self employed builder) so anytime soon would be good for me regarding a viewing. The pic I've posted wont do it justice as it's on a rare off road expedition but thats what they're built for. And also a pic of the travel sick dog , just for the aaahhh factor

3.0 Manual SSRV For Sale

Hello, this is Brett Moorcroft.
We bought the truck in May and used it every day since. And it has never missed a beat. But Jen is now pregnant and likes the idea of a comfy Volvo, so the Surf is now up for sale.
She is an L reg 3.0 SSRV Manual. In blue.
uprated suspension.
fully undersealed and wax oiled inside the main chassis.
high rear spoiler with brake light.
4 good allterrain goodrich tyres on nice alloys.
good spare on a standard rim underslung.
privacy glass at the sides and rear.
really good clean interior.
stereo tape deck slightly dated but works perfectly. ( ex Ford ).
air con all working perfectly.
all electric windows.
electric door locks.
electric mirrors.
electric aerial.
runner boards.
wind deflectors.
Bull bar unfortunately has a decent sized stone chip on it.
PIAA spot lights.
Cat 2 immobliser.
She is taxed untill the end of April, and MOT until mid April.
Only 75000 miles (approx) on the clock. Odometer reads in Kmph, speedo in Mph.

It took me months of checking out motors off dealers forecourts, and trucks out of the auto trader. Didn't know about the Surf web site at the time. But everything I looked at was either auto, 2.4, or a right shed on wheels. eventually the search took us all the way to Somerset and bumped into this by mistake (lucky us). fixed it to buy it theirs and then traded the old motor in and drove home in it within a couple of hours (well chuffed).
Price I was looking for around £4.250 will take into consideration short MOT although it should fly through with out a problem. This a really good clean motor.

Black SSRX 3.0TD 1994

Very upset to sell my surf, but due to long distance travelling in my new job I have no choice. This is 1 of the best looking surfs you will come across, runs perfect and is in good condition. The surf was imported last year which I purchased from a dealership, where 4 new tyres, new cam belt and new rear window motor were put on. Taxed and MOT in October for 12 months, I had new brake pads for the MOT.

The surf has a few marks here and there, which can only be expected from the year, but the overall look is great.
