Anyone in or near lincolnshire breaking a 2.4?

I`m just after a price really on a front diff and rear axle, blew the halfshaft seals on my 3L rear axle so though if I`m going to all the trouble of replacing bearings and seals it may be worth while to change the gearing since I have 33`s fitted.....

So is anyone localish breaking a 2.4 and what would you be asking for the rear axle and front diff?
