trim bits and od switch

ok now for the boring bits.....
i need please,

an od switch as i lost the spring from mine.

os doors and 1/4 panel trim end pieces.

the plastic covers where the spare wheel swing arm mounts to surf.

the plastic trim covers that hide the fixings etc on the standard surf bull bars.

i know its all rubbish but would be very helpful.
