I'd imagine US ebay is your best bet.

You will need to add a bodyshell to parts list as bulkhead is different between rhd and lhd.

Most of em are 4-runner tho over there...

Have a look on sites like www.marktplaats.nl

presumably its not possible to just modify or change the bulkhead then?
....it was just an idea as I spend most of my time driving on the right, but perhaps its easyier to source a left hooker abroad and import it...

LC's are expensive over on the mainland...
it be cheaper to buy one here lol

Surfs on the other hand are still fairly cheap..

Don't get me wrong I am not trying to be rude here but wondering something...

Why does it bother u so much driving a rhd over on the mainland?

I drive to Holland a lot... (well I am from there after all) but I really don't think it matters what side of the car u sitting..

So why do u really want a lhd? any specific reason or just because u think it might be easier to drive over there?
              I mean driving is driving....

Totaly valid point and well raised. I completely agree and in the past ten years of spending 90% of my time driving on the right (I'm English but have never lived full time in England since I left school) I have never had a problem driving a RHD car on the right. However every time one of my friends or my swedish girlfriend drives my car they comment and find it highly amusing the stearing is on the wrong side! Hard to believe but true! Further more you might think why not buy a car in the country you live in mostly, its because I spend most of my time in Norway and trust me cars are significantly more expensive here then in England. I have owned cars in at least ten different countries and by far the cheapest place to get cars and run cars is England. Also if I do ever end up importing a car to a country where you drive on the right like norway I would rather import a lefty, as you would never manage to sell a righty. Hope that answers your question. I will continue to look for leftys wherever I can get a good deal, And if you hear of any cheap good left hookers let me know as I might be able to take it off your hands, Thanks Jim

                  Yeah Norway is expensive..
I know what u mean about the comments I get them in Holland too....
Holland is not bad for buying cheapish cars... or of course left hookers in the UK even better...

Anyway am in a rush at the mo but will speak soon..
I will keep my eyes open for u....
