    Folks,

The head on my surf went last night and I'm in need of a replacement head ASAP.

I know going new would be the best option but I just can't afford it at the moment so I'm looking for a good secondhand one. One that came off a surf with lowist mileage would be best. AND with no cracks in the head naturally!

I'm in ireland but I'm happy to pay anyone by paypal if you have a head and can ship it early next week. My surf is in the garage and I need it back ASAP.

    Thanks,

    George

Hi George, I have an excellent used 2.4 head, compleate with cam already shimmed ready for fitting, The only problem is that no1 glow plug has snapped off just below the nut, however the shank is still protruding about an inch above the thread in the head so if a nut is welded on it may come out.
There are no visable cracks and the head is straight, I'm looking for £180 + p&p which may cost a fair bit as it is heavy. If you decide you want it contact me with your e.mail address. Good Luck John

John - if I'm spending that sort of money I would prefer to buy one without any problems. Thanks.

Bio - take a look for me, if its good and the money is right we'll talk.

Stormforce - from what i was reading here I thought the e-bay ones where inferior quality.

Here are some on e-bay would anyone advise
