spare wheel carrier needed

I've recently bought a 3litre '94 Surf import (model Y-KZN130W-GKPQT) which has a boot full of spare wheel, but no spare wheel carrier. I badly need to use all my boot space so I'm looking hard for a wheel carrier, either the sort that fits underneath, or (preferably) the swinging arm assembly. Must be complete with all bits and bobs and original bolts if possible. Can anyone help me out at a reasonable price?
Do they remove these before export, if so, is there a pile of wheel carriers at some port in Japan?

Have you checked underneath to see if there is a wire cable there, it should have a metal plate on the end

Hi. Thanks for suggestion. No, underneath is clean as a whistle. I'm sure it originally had the swinging arm thingy; the bolt holes in the body have been used.
