Need new Fuel Filler flap

I'm needing a new flap for the fuel filler - mine froze solid ( gets a little cool up here on occassion!) then snapped in half at a gas station as I was about to re-fuel. Colour of my Surf is maroon/red but I'm not bothered what colour.
Any offers?
