Seatbelt WANTED

Does anyone have a DRIVERS seatbelt complete for a 2.4td surf.1993
It must have the following numbers on the clip: 12422 and E2022 on the base of the belt mechanism. The clip as a square cutout not the half moon, and the trim on the top fixing point which bolts above your right shoulder as the moulded clip trim attached.
