Rear adjustable shocks and tyres

I'm after few items to quickly resolve MOT failure on my 1992 Surf:

I need rear shock absorber (adjustable soft/hard type) to replace leaking one. and, should anyone happen to have old tyres lying about - I'm also after 31x10.5x15 Bridgestone Dueler A/T, single tyre or full set, doesn't matter, as long as they're road legal.
