Good old Withernsea. There was a pier, built in the 1870's, over 1200 feet long but ships kept running into it and it was demolished in the 1930's. They did the turretts up a few years ago. I only live just over 10 miles away and use to organise a Bike Fest on the front there once a year.

its one of the nicer places on the east coast
very friendly people
in fact the best people i have meet on the east coast was in Withernsea
made me feel very welcome
i have covered nearly all the east coast
