On Saturday 26th October there is an evening navigation ramble on
Salisbury Plain organised by Steve Gunning . It is a non competitive
run and intended as a way of helping you to learn the R.O.W. network
while enjoying an evening of fun with like minded people. There are
code boards to follow to ensure that you are following the corect route.
The idea is you plot the route on a map prior to attending then use the
code boards to confirm that you have followed it correctly.

Thanks to the Militarys closure of Honeydown Bottom and Summerdown Byways there is now no way to avoid the stone tracks when travelling east-west across Larkhill Ranges. There are no natural surface byways left to drive. If you see any damage to the byways which has been caused by the Military i.e. tank tracks please record where and take a picture if possible so we can show that we are not the ones causing damage to the byways as the Military claim.

Optional sections are for those who are not worried about painwork and equiped with snorkles and muds.
