To meet up on the 23rd October.
Itinerary.... Early meet up (for those that can) around 12pm. Probably have a spot of lunch and/or a quick (soft) drink at the pub. Go off to do some Karting. Have more food around 5pmish. Late meet up (for those just doing the lights) at 7pm. Drive through the lights. Those that are still willing and able can then carry on and do what ever they want.
I have had a reply from Kapitol Karting (indoor track):
For a grand prix event you can work on £25 per driver. The duration of the
meeting will depend on te number of drivers. 20 drivers for a 2 hour event
will cost £22.50 each
Just waiting to hear if we need a deposit etc.
I'm still waiting to hear from WynDyke farm (outdoor dirt Karting).
OK, Kapitol Karting will need a £100 deposit ASAP to confirm the venue for us. I can pay that, but I need to know that this is what people want to do, and that we have sufficient numbers (at least 15 drivers ideally) to make it worthwhile.
Could I have an idea who wants to do this please as soon as possible.
(Still waiting to hear from the other Karting venue)
