OK! I'll start the decision making! As the weekend of the 23/24 had loads of names down, lets go with Saturday 23rd and then the lads n lasses from down South can come for the weekend! And I'm being selfish I guess, cos I can't do the weekend before!

Yeah, sorry, just got a couple of prods (ouch!) about this.

OK, Saturday the 23rd seems best, I think that will allow us to get the most names/cars down.

Basic itinnerrarry (or however it's spelled )

Those that can (and want to) meet up around 12. We then go off and do things (Karting seems most popular, I just need some free time to go and check out the local venues and get an idea on prices etc). Around 5pm we can go looking for food for the hungry. Then around 7pm any that are just coming for the lights can meet up, and then we convoy up the front for the main attraction.

How does that sound to everyone?

is the parking ok there if a lot of us turn up at 12 may need a bit of room and some radios so we can all keep in touch.

Yeah, parking is ample (it's a retail estate) which is one reason why I think it's a good place to meet - the other being that it's dead easy to get to from the motorway.
