so to start off a rock solid 100% definate wales weekend green lane fest (15th) 16-17th July list

          1) Dannyboy77
          2)Taxibaz +1
          3) Wasp132
          4)HowardJ

Mat will you be able to come in the day as i know its gettin close to your missus due date? oh and Chris is not allowed to come!

what days will people be camping? i think the more difficult lane(s) are in the south so would be looking around Llanymynech / Pant friday night camp or meet saturday morning then probably camp Llangollen area saturday night to do the north lanes sunday

Put me down as a definite maybe - will confirm closer to the date but I think I will just join you guys during the day.

Don't worry Danny, I don't think Chris will be coming this time so we are guaranteed a trouble free weekend!

Went for a drive with the Isa on the weekend in the 3rd gen, ended up driving through Pontfadog and remembered there was that very tame lane where we kept meeting the horsey girl, it was a lot longer than I remembered and very uncomfortable for Isa

yeah did think that matt only about turning up in the day! hopefully you can make it!

umm did Isa mind you getting the 3rd gen dirty? or was it to induce the baby hehe!

to everyone else can you confirm what nights you fancy staying as to try and get a number on camp site availability ta!

The 3rd gen didn't get dirty at all, was going at idle speed in low box to try make it not too bumpy for her. It did however make me want to start using more off road, the only thing is I wouldn't want to take it down most of the lanes we go down... too narrow. Might put a set of A/T's on it though and use it on pay and play sites, will definitely be getting some mud tyres for mine first though!

Hopefully I can make it next month, really want to do a bit of laning before the madness descends!

Sorry to hear it Baz, our thoughts are with you and your family during these difficult times.

Looks like I have that weekend off now, Isa'a mom is coming up and I think they want to get rid of me so that they can have some girly time together!

Will probably be able to camp on the Friday night if everyone else is keen. Any ideas were to camp?

wasp132 cool think that will be the case just camp saturday night so will post up were to meet on saturday and have a few locations for camping sautrday night dont think need to book but will have a few options just in case any are full!

Mat how is Isa doing? do you think you will be OK for either or both days?

Barry looks like its only camping of the saturday night but if you want to head down friday to save the long sturday morning trip then up to you! i think we will do the south part saturday and north sunday so if you did want to stay then somewhere around Llanymynech wouldnt be too far away from where we are going to meet saturday

Not sure if you noticed this post Danny? Will be able to camp on the Saturday night as long as the baby doesn't pop out before then!

If you see the post before my last post you will see that it doesn't look like Barry will make, looks like we are down to 3 truck now! Unless some others are reading this and would like to come along... the more the merrier

I can bring a little BBQ along to do us some food as well.

just been re-aquainted with an old friend I haven't seen for over 15 years (divorce is great for finding old friends!) and he may be interested in tagging along and possibly a couple of others he goes offroading with, I'll ask him

sorry to hear about that Baz hope it all works out and she can make a recovery!

Mat if you want to camp Friday then i would be up for that! few beers and can get my surf ready the night before hehe as now there will be a winch and bumper to put on as well as the front shaft! but if you want to be at home understand! i have a gas stove so can use that as some camp sites are funny about BBQs but bring it away! more the merrier!
