First off just let me apologise to everyone who turned up today. To say it was a sorry affair is an understatement, thanks for your patience and understanding.
The routes we took today (apart from the first one) were ones I took last year with a few other people, the snow couldn't be helped but the last route, where we were confronted by camera wielding locals, was supposedly okay the last time we did it.
I don't think I'll be organising many in the future, in fact after today I don't think I'll be doing much more off roading unless it's an organised event like Kielder.

Looked like a good day after all. Was that snow on the trail over to Langdon Beck from Ireshopeburn, Jo and I are regulars on that one. Use it on our way to the Lakes, not a shortcut just a bit of fun. Was Jim stuck, or was he flying a kite off his towbar Sorry I couldnt make it, even if some of the locals took umbrige.
