i got this list from the lake district web site but cant find it now. if you google it i think you can find it! there are some good runs a couple of long ones looking on OS maps OL 4,5,6,&7. i do a lot of walking there so i have to include a couple of green lanes in the walk just to see!

be good to a camping weekend there next year and check out the lanes!
