Is there anywhere to go green laning around Nottingham?

I've not long bought a surf, and seeing as it came with a chunky set of mud tyres i'm itching to see how it handles a bit of mud
Only thing is... Where do i find info on lanes open to 4x4's?
I'm not looking for anything more than a rough muddy track at the moment, as i have very little knowlege of off-roading. But would still like to get out there and find my feet at a totally novice level.
Can anyone suggest anywhere to go?

Lol... I wouldn't dare go alone and risk having to abandon my truck to go and get help. I've heard quite a few horror stories already. My dad has a Daihatsu Fourtrak Independant, and he's up for getting muddy too
