Just done a route plan.

447 mi – about 7 hours 36 mins each way for me.

Were the guys coming from the South thinking of having an overnight stay in a campsite on the way and way back?

Love the sound of this, but it's a long way to travel for two nights

Hows about making it a mon-fri thing? that way it makes it worth for folk coming up and take in a good bit o scenery. Just a suggestion. sleep in trucks and Shat in the wids. al take time off for that.......

It is a heck of a long way, open to suggestions on timescale, 3 days is very possible.

The truck is colder than a tent in winter. The only way I'm camping in Feb is if we do it the blackpoolsparks way, {3 bar gas fire in that bungalow of a tent he has}

All the ladies have first dibs,

We will all be staying in a cheap hostel and drinking fine ales.
The snow run will include snowboarding/skiing or sledging if conditions allow.
Clog will be done and fun will be had!
