George there is also a menu thread aswell if you want to have a look thru that.I will need final orders 2 weeks before the RTTS.But you will be ok for ordering on the night if needed

but i have to live a day by day thing with food
i live on toast and yougurt i dont eat them at the same time tho
but i do have the odd meal now and then

Decision made I am reserving some holiday time and travelling south to meet up with everyone in sept. Thanks to Piratestorm for providing the accomodation over the weekend. Looking forward to the fun already

I will start calling for the deposit for the offroading from about mid June so everyone has time to get the deposit sent.I will ask for either cheques or postal orders or direct transfers so i don't get stung for paypal fees if you all don't mind that.The deposit is a non returnable deposit for the off roading so please make sure you are coming before sending payment.The deposit needs to be paid by the end of July to ensure we have the place to ourselves..Thanks

The camping will be £5 per tent per night or £10 per night for a caravan
The porta loos are £94 for 2 and the final cost will be divided between us all.With the amount on the list at the moment it is looking like approx £23 per vehicle for camping,off roading and the toilets.
