I have just booked the venue for the evening meal at the Old Shire Inn in Camborne for Saturday 6th September.There is plenty of parking there and plenty of room inside also.I have provisionally booked for 50 but that can be increased easily enough closer the time.Kids are welcome also.
This is a very popular place for meals and have got a very good reputation.
Here's a copy of the menu so i will need everyones choices by the begining of August please.I will be handing in the list of food 2 weeks before hand so they know what everyone wants in advance. Anyone who wants to join us after that will have to sit where-ever there's space i'm afraid.

I will start calling for the deposit for the offroading from about mid June so everyone has time to get the deposit sent.I will ask for either cheques or postal orders or direct transfers so i don't get stung for paypal fees if you all don't mind that.The deposit is a non returnable deposit for the off roading so please make sure you are coming before sending payment.The deposit needs to be paid by the end of July to ensure we have the place to ourselves..Thanks

The camping will be £5 per tent per night or £10 per night for a caravan
The porta loos are £94 for 2 and the final cost will be divided between us all.With the amount on the list at the moment it is looking like approx £23 per vehicle for camping,off roading and the toilets.

There are 2 places left for anyone who wants to join us this year.Judwak there is a place for you for sure even at the last minuit.
I will be stopping at 30 this year as i don't want to go to big and it get out of control,plus i need to make sure there will be enough room for everyone to camp. If next year there is more interest then i will ask the farmer if theres a bigger field we can camp in.
Anyone that wants to join us just for the off roading then i will limit the vehicles to a max of 40 and thats it.
Don't forget i will be asking for your deposits in 4 weeks time for the off roading.Thanks guys
