last year there was a crowd doing a sponsor fun run on the st just byway and we got abuse from some of them,we just ####ed ourselves over it

I will be booking the porta loos this week but i cant get any of the cheap ones as they only hire them for a month at a time so its £94 for the 2 again as it was last year. I will work out the total price that its gonna cost for the w/end closer the date when i need the deposit for the off roading.
At the moment it looks like it will cost about £25 for the weekend with the amount of people on the list but that will end up changing no doubt closer the time.
Theres plenty of room for more to come and camp if you want or just for the off roading so get ya names down folks.
LETS MAKE THIS YEAR A BIG ONE.

I will start calling for the deposit for the offroading from about mid June so everyone has time to get the deposit sent.I will as for either cheques or postal orders or direct transfers so i don't get stung for paypal fees if you all don't mind that.The deposit is a non returnable deposit for the off roading so please make sure you are coming before sending payment.The deposit needs to be paid by the end of July to ensure we have the place to ourselves..Thanks

I have just booked the venue for the evening meal at the Old Shire Inn in Camborne for Saturday 6th September.There is plenty of parking there and plenty of room inside also.I have provisionally booked for 50 but that can be increased easily enough closer the time.Kids are welcome also.
This is a very popular place for meals and have got a very good reputation.
Here's a copy of the menu so i will need everyones choices by the begining of August please.I will be handing in the list of food 2 weeks before hand so they know what everyone wants in advance. Anyone who wants to join us after that will have to sit where-ever there's space i'm afraid.

Have a look through the thread - and get your name on the list for it - you may only be able to join the offroading, but check with Stormforce though and find out - it would be good to meet you!
