Those look like some good lanes.

I'd love to come but I've got a fare bit to do to my Surf between now and then. Think I have a Bearing issue, doing my timing belt this weekend etc etc. If she's running I'll be there.

Where is the maybe list? I was once indecisive, but now I'm just unsure.

Checked a couple of lanes on the way back from folkestone today, and found one nice one not too scratchy i don't think and a bit o mud and some nice ruts thrown in to boot + and one flat and boring one where the biggest obstacles were fly tipped mattresses and computers. Gotta get out again on friday and try and find some less scratchy lanes hopefully, or some of it will have to end up back on some of the same lanes we did in november. Really was some cracking lanes last week but most of them were just a bit too scratchy.

What should i bring on the 8th besides my Surf. ie tow roap, (type length etc) i have not been purposely off roading before so I'm not sure whats best to bring.

Anyone who says treaseme or any other hair products suffers from 3 gen envy

Also where would the best plaice for the items be in Kent? preferably not halfrauds

a surf and a few litres of water mate - i'll ensure there's plenty of recovery kit to go round and if you wanna have a look at some of our kit on the day and get an idea of what we use and what's available i'm quite happy with that too mate. I don't expect someone who's only just starting to offroad to go out and buy loads of kit before they even leave the tarmac.
