Green lanes near Clitheroe

I'm going to Shamania festival (www.shamania.com for those interested) in July, which is near Clitheroe.

Does anyone know of any green lanes round that neck of the woods that my Pajero-driving friend and I could take our vehicles down?

I`ve heard of Shamoo the whale, something todo with sea world.

Anyway, i live in Clitheroe and never heard of it.

Unless it`s up Sawley Brow on the land across the road from the slaughter house.
That farmer lets anyone on.He hosts a big party for the BNP once a year
