  • Salisbury's Reccy Today

Thanks Dan for sorting out today's reccy ready for next weekend. I'm really pleased I came along with Abbie - she loved going bouncy bouncy in daddy's truck

Had a few minor problems with the truck overheating as I'd forgotten to do the fans as Gav told me I should do before we went out so poor Jez got covered in hot water as he popped the bonnet the first time it happened - sorry

Other than that it was a great day out. Here's some of the better pics I took!!

Looking good. I am looking forward to next weekend. I can't talk Mrs KS into going, James (my nephew) is showing his tractor at a steam fair and my grandson is away for the week, so I am going to be Billy-no-mates.
    It's only a hobby!

Thanks for coming guys. Good day out.

Its a bit dry up there so pray for rain for this week to fill up the puddles!
Apart from that its all good.

Managed to get myself stuck on top of that pile of chalk too! Lol! Well you know how it is. If its there, drive over it!

The map has disappeared. There is just an X. Is that where the treasure is buried?

So I'll have bacon scarnies and a cuppa ready for about 10.15 then Dan?

I ordered a rad cap this morning so hopefully that'll be here tomorrow. Put diesel in today and I don't think the fans came on at all! Gav said something about putting electrical tape round the end of the connector so it can't earth on anything which was his reasoning behind them not working properly??!! Nothing to do with his dodgy wiring

Thanks for a good day Dan, and thanks Debs for the hot shower of coolant, that soon woke me up! Hope there isn't too much wrong with BIG RUK I've been getting some strange looks driving round London the last couple of days, don't think people are used to seeing a 4x4 with mud on it.

Hope you all have a good weekend. Look forward to the next one I can make.
                        Jez

If they do the same when your truck is clean, I would seriously consider a different hair dressers.
