Don't know about the in writing thing.. I suppose someone would have to contact DP Williams!

I have a trailor that could be used for carrying rubbish away.. could possibly take to a local landfill site??

I couldn't move cars in it though.. Not big enough.. Can't remember the exact sizes but it will comfortably fit 2 adult quadbikes so big enough!

Just let me know when!!

Put me down aswell chris. I have a genny if we need to run any power tools or big angle grinders. We have the pulling power to drag most things out.

Some of you seem to know the owners contact details. Why don't we suggest that they open the quarry as an Off Road centre, do it all lagit, and they could make a few quid?

I know it's not free but you wouldn't be chased off by the Realy very nice Police Men & Women.

As banger has already nominated me, i suppose i will agree, would be best on a sunday though, otherwise will have to take a day of work. ( moving dead cars are our speciality)

Fly-tipping- Ding Quarry area.

Hi Guys,
It was great seeing you all on Sunday. All the surf`s look great and was fun seeing what these monsters are capable of. Thanks,Golly for organising it and also for those fantastic lanes on the way home. (I love lanes which only a `decent` 4x4 can run through!).

Been thinking `bout all the banter regarding using the quarry and I am dead keen to fight for the use of the area for recreational 4x4`ing. I think it`s a great idea to volunteer to clean the area up and will definately get involved. Maybe we should contact the council and try to get them to sponser skips to be placed at the bottom of the access track. We will be saving the council money anyway. I think we should approach DP Holdings to get written permission and present our cleanup and subsequent maintenance proposals. Sooner rather than later because no doubt there will be an anti-4x4 lobbyist also writing to DP Holdings accusing us of fly-tipping!

Well, 12 Peple/Surfs, Atleast 2 trailors, a generator a winch and some "Youth Power".. We should be able to do quite a bit with that!

Who's gonna contact DP Wiliams?? Council etc?? We could probably get away with using a landfill site for most of the rubbish.. The only thing to consider is that we'd have to pay to get rid of fridges (I saw at least 2 on Sunday) and don't think they'd take to kindly to us chucking a few cars down the hatch!

As for the skips... good idea, that still doesn't sort out the getting rid of cars problem!
