Plan to start from druids lodge at 11.00 . 28 12 06 Got a non forum surf owner with me hopefully any others welcom. will do druids lodge to larkhill along to bustard site to urchfont vadette head along the plain permiter road , via urchfont mannor to eastcot common ( still to be checked out ) to gore cross attempt the warren (still to be checked out ) then on to the westbury white horse any one intrested ???????????????

May I suggest a different start point - we normally (well about the only normal thing with us) meet up at the Countess Services, Amesbury where we can fuel both the cars and ourselves up ready.

Countess services ia s fine . Its onlya short trip of about five miles to the original start point .And aim for a 11.00 start.If you require i will pm you a contact no???

Due to some idiot rolling a 4x4 the warren is closed, as a alternative route miss the white horse and go to imber from eddington vadette then south accross the range to via the south perimeter road and chittern down to shewton aim to finnish back at countess services


note the start is now from Countess services on the a 303

We'll have to give this one a miss Gav's on duty all over Christmas and New Year and that's the day he's taking me up north so I'm not home alone for NYE!

no tight lanes for scratches if thats what your worries about, plenty of wide tracks with mud and stuff. a lot of which you can drive round if you dont want to do it.

Sorry about the delay, I've been mad at work and have had no time at the PC!!

Looks like Ian has post hijacked and arranged a date for the 28th

I Unfortunately cant make this one so I also see that the Herts trip has been cancelled. I'm willing to do a run on the 27th instead. Then those who cant make 28th get to play.

I'll leave this thread to Ian as he's organised it. I'll start another for those who want to go on the 27th.

Sorry all been busy Most of the route i plan to take is millitary roads (gravel) with some mud and nothing to tricky but there is some challenging parts that can be bypassed And mud for the mud lovers
Any way i will be playing all welcome
