    tyres for the job

    Hi guys,
I'm getting all excited as I should be getting my Surf on the morrow and was just wondering about tyres.

I will be using my Surf for commuting which is over 100 miles a day. Will the tyres for normal road use be ok for off road?

My Surf is a beauty but still needs a mudpack!!!

Get some all terrains or BFG Mud Terrains. These will be OK on the Road and off road. I have road bias tyres (Bridgestone Dueller H/T) and they are pretty much useless off road as will most road bias tyres.

      Cheers

        Thanks for that.

Is there anywhere in the Essex area for some off road fun?

I've got BFG A/T KOs on mine and they're great on the highway. Can't vouch for them in the mud, but they've got good offroad reviews.
