North Wales Greenlane with Simply 4X4

I've been Green laning

Without all of thee!


As no-one else would invite me............had to organise my own!

So, I fell out of bed and found myself on the N.Wales mountains. Lol

Joined up with company called "Simply4X4" (see site) and about 20 others and had agreat day

Picked the family one, so was quite tame, bit wet rain wise, but got muddy, found ice, and forded a mighty River

You should have come!!!

Met an other Surf, so mostly pics of him and other 4x4's

Well if you had been on this side of the country you could of had a nice little jaunt around the Hertfordshire countryside where we had more than enough rivers to negotiate and lots of horse riders..


As long as you had a good day thats all that matters

even had a plan to come back down south to join you guys,

but plans yesterday and tomorow forbayed it

But like you said, still got out and had some fun, with three of my family, to boot

Will definately come out an play with you guys in the new year!

Fords that were so fast and deep, the back end moved a foot!

Great open moorlands, and and a Rainbow!

Hills, up and down, and coffee at the bottom of 250ft water falls

When both groups met up, we HAVE a CONVOY!

Snakin around back, for half a mile!

We even had a goat as our toilet attendant

...and finally one slightly muddy TimberSurf's SURF!!!

N Wales trip today

Sorry guys, 3 of us did a reccy on some lanes around the Wayfarer we did a couple of months ago.

Great route, apart from a near roll (as "kindly" shown by strange rover).

here's a couple more piccies, inc one of a typical "ultra reliable" land rover in a compromising position (died in the first bit of water we came across!)
