Well who would have thought we would get 6" of snow today!
I had a really good day, loads of mud, did most of the black runs. I had to be towed out twice, but the second time was the end of the day for me as I seem to have busted a CV joint and only had 2wd.
I also sustained a bit more damage, rear bumper is bent, passenger door is dented, transfer box guard is bent, front bash plate is bent, and I dont seem to have any rear brakes or handbrake!
Oh well, guess I will be busy for the next week then...
    Pics to follow tonight

Few nice pics there, agreed, very good day and the kids loved it to. I think the snow was literally the icing on the cake (of mud that is!)

              More damage....
I've got wonkly steering - must be something bent
              Bent front anti-roll bar link
              My horns dont work
The CV joint has wrecked the bronze bush too

Maybe it wasnt a good idea to attempt all the black runs!

i'm glad i ain't the only one that can snap a drive shaft.Ask Tonyn if he has a drive shaft as hes not to far from you and if not then i got a couple here. When mine went sledge and me just changed the complete hub and shaft as it was easier than doing the bronze bushes

Took the rest of the shaft out today, the very end of the splined bit it is a bit mullered but it should be ok with a bit of file work. I dont think it warrants a new half shaft anyway.
Got the bronze bushes out, the inner one is trashed, I will make a new one tomorrow and hopefully get it back together tomorrow night. Cant work out why the steering is off centre though, there is no obvious sign of damage. Guess I will just have to get the tracking done again. Then its onto the rear brakes and working out why I dont have any!
