  • Weardale off road centre

Went to Weardale off road centre on sunday, first go at driving off road and had a ball!!!

The people were friendly and gave some helpfull advice
The site it's self is realy good, there are no set routes as such it's just about 500 acres of hilly farmland with just about every sort of terrane you can think of and some very steep hills!!

There was a fairly varied selection of cars, a lot of landys of course but lots of other things too. some of wich looked like they just drove off the set of mad max! quads and bikes allowed too.

It was £25 for the day, opens at 09.00 and closes at 17.00 no need to book and saw a few folk setting up BBQ's so seems to be no problem to spend the whole day there.

So if anyone in the north east is looking for a place to get dirty I'd recomend them.

they are open the first sunday in every month and i'll be there as often as i can.
