I recon about 26 (thats inc Draigs and my offspring). Thats 2 per vehicle unless stated otherwise.
I got (sorry Angie says ) we got Tea Coffee sugar, 12 burgers, 12 rolls, 2 of them silver picnic BBQ's, a gas stove and little kettle.
So if Linda could bring her breakfast bar we should be ok for cooking the stuff and boiling the kettle. Just need more food, maybe some sausages.
Are warm mince pies ok or dose cold sound better ?
I'll also bring some coke and lemonade for the kids, seeing as 2 of them are mine.
I think thats about it, except for water for the tea, I'll have 25 lts with me hope thats enough.
See you all on Sunday. Doors open at 0930.

            sumo.

one of the manufacturers that I deal with has just bought a Surf and lives near there said he wouldn't mind coming along - would there be any objections if he turned up on the day?

I'll personally vouch for him as a really nice bloke if that helps
