Okay. I have answered my own question. It seems the one I have is an early model. 1980 - 82. Now I know what I have it is easier to get the parts right. I have now ordered the correct brake shoes.
Does anyone have any use for a set of rear shoes for an SJ made between 1982 and 1985?It's only a hobby!

As me and Jotto found out after buying our zook there are a possible 4 or 5 types of brake shoe and front brake pads for the zooks as some are made in Spain and others in Japan . I have found out quite alot of the differences in model spec depending on year , cc , and model and where built .
I had a spec sheet somewhere to show the differences , but I can not find it at present ,
