Done most of the work over the last 4 weeks . New clutch , new tyres off a bloke at The Pit , fixed broken wiper linkage and replaced 1 wiper blade clip , Jon and Adam built a new heavy duty Suicide Seat base . Rear brake disc kit not yet fitted , all parts there just need to get round to doing it .
Today we just put the wheels back on and gave it a run up the yard .

I have not done one on a 413 but it may be harder then the 410 as 5 speed box is bigger then the 4 speed 410 box .The 410 box had to have the floor bashed in to allow the clutch arm clear .

just need to sort mine now,,, maybe I have a bit of time today to try and sort the water pump out. It need a couple of hoses too.

Not decided if im taking ours to WildTracks or just the Surf what do you think? My girlfriend will be driving offroad that day for the first time and Zuki has NO brakes!

Ours got no brakes either , unless we fit the rear disc kit . Adjusters have backed themselves off when going through deep water . Pump them twice and we get a pedal . One option is to clamp off the rear brake hose and only use front brakes . Will not matter at low speed as long as front wheels are on the ground

i think some seals have gone in ours so same as you a few pumps and you get brakes!! which is fine unless you need to stop on a slope
we usually go to WildTracks and never had a problem without them so why start now?

                          Clutch out again

Pulled the gearbox back out the zook this afternoon . New clutch is slipping . Only took an hour including moving it , jacking it up etc . Pressure plate is ................. pressureless . No grip on clutch plate . No obvious reason , it just got no grip . Going to buy another clutch , this time it may be a genuine Suzuki one or at least a QH .

A little wear but I am sure it is not to bad . The pressure plate did have grip when fitted , so feel it is a poor quality part we fitted .
Flywheel is 'stepped' in the middle so it has a raised surface for the clutch plate to run on .
