2" lift and 33's

Can anyone tell me or put a link to thread that lists the parts needed to do the 2" body and sus lift? ive spotted a link with some black steels and 33's that look great, think they are up for 700ish on the bay. But how much would I be looking at to sort the rest? The truck will be 2nd gen as 3rd gen wouldnt give me any spare cash for the mods and servicing costs. Thanks for your time and help, Karl.

Sorry about all the nooooob questions lol can you fit 33's with just the body lift? Then sort suss at a later date?

Nope you need at least 4" to clear 33's.
