    Very nice mate, swoping the rims round really does make a difference, how did you find the glass paint to use and? only translucent stuff i found was in small jars at hobbycraft, couldn't find it in larger cans/tins, i use the glass and tamiya clear colors for model requirements, too expensive or larger area's tho.

      This is the paint I use...

      It's heat resistant too up to 150 degrees.

      It is a little expensive for the amount you get, but it can be thinned with white spirit to make it go further.
      I'm trying to find it for sale in 1 litre jars.

          Thanks vince, sorry for the delay in replying, yes i've seen those in "hobbycraft" not use any yet but i did buy a lot or the other water based acrylics they sell for model making purpose's i'll give that glass paint a try, some good color finishes should be possible on model car shells

            hi there i just bought a set of those wheels , could any one please tell what wheel nuts to get as the standard ones dont seem to sit in the holes that well
