  • New winch bumper fitted....

Saw this on ebay. Couldn't resist it.

Now I'm thinking loose the side steps and add some rock sliders and I'll be just about ready to sink properly into the mud

Looks mighty good, very similar to stiens bars, loosing the steps give ya instant visual lift
Too young to die and too old to give a toss

I think you might need a bigger shovel loaderhttp://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/6c/Armoured_front_loader.jpg

If it was too big it wouldn't fit under your GHD's!

I think he could have done with a good ground anchor but Danny was desperate to use his winch so decided to pull Lee backwards.

I did advise him, to save up all his pocket money
this year, and get another winch, and fit it in the
BOOT. Then he can pull himself out backwards.
Bet he can't wait for Xmas (not long now folks)

                  Gman.
If it aint broke, keep goin' till it is.

Puddlesurfer do you still use the standard torsion bars and steering damper with the bumper and winch or have you upgraded?

Gave the truck a body lift today. Will help make space for the winch in the bumper. I see you had to cut loads away. Any advice?

If anyone is looking there is another winch bumper from same guy on ebay. I think he had 20 made up and this may be his last one. I bought direct from him and he knocked off the ebay fees.

Hi Jonny, I have standard torsion bars (wound up a bit, with ball joint spacers) but I do have an uprated steering damper which I bought when I fitted 33" tyres.
