not tried any in the flesh, but the yanks seem to like them, and they are hard to please.

MT is a big brand, and generally reliable.

personally, I wouldn't like to go any bigger than 33's with sensible tread and 4-5" of lift on a proper daily driver, bigger is ok for weekend fun and any offroading.

I used a V8 pickup on 35" Boggers for 2 years to go to work everyday, and was a bit of a pain the butt after a while. if only cos to knackered to climb in and wrestling with steering after a long days work! V8 noise never got old though...

as for the wheels i will be using my current one and LA will reduct the price accordingly. i think they are called "comets"?? ill get them sprayed a fancy anodized colour to suit the new paint job.
do you reckon just a 6" sus lift will be easier than me doing a 4" sus and a 3" body lift?
that way i will actually be going 1" higher with hopefully less work??
for the wheels and tyres i am fitting then i will have the 4" superlift and then 2" spring spacers on top.
I take it you will be having balljoint spacers on the front,if so i can't see why you cant just have the 2" spring spacers on the rear aswell and keep to the 2" bodylift you already have.
At the moment i am waiting on a reply from a company in USA to see if they are willing to ship to here for the suspension lift and if so the 4-5" suspension lift kit is about £500 plus whatever the shipping will be.If i can't get the kit from America then it will be LAS

whats your opinion on the spring spacers mate? i was always against these as i always thought these kinda things hinder the comfort level and shorten the spring rate?? or is that twoddle?

yeah, it did, they are a good investment for 35" and up tyres. Also didn't have power steering which didn't help in ease of driving stakes, and leaf springs don't ride as nice as Surf IFS and rear coils, so not really a surprise it left lots to desired as a daily driver!

              Still a cool truck though.

I've never used them before but Lucifer said that it was the only way to lift his truck 6" suspension and with the 3" bodylift to fit the 39x14.5x16.5's

                      hehe, 'PAS?, In my day......'

I couldn't even turn the steering unless it was rolling, made you good at parallel parking, and gave good upper body definition...

would longer shocker simply not work then?
by the way my wheels are 12.5 wide. (i think. will have to double check) is that enough to comfortably fit 37" tyres on? or will ii have probs?

Depends what width the tyres are.

My Boggers where 16" wide, and had them on 12" wide rims

what do you reckon to this kit mate? just been on their website and after 5 mins of browsing, a Instant Messaging window popped up and a sales rep called Ryan asked if he could assist me! how cool is that. talk about service!
i asked him if they ship to the uk and he said yes. bit steep but they can ship it for $570, takes 10-14 days and is fully insured. the 5" sus kits is $799.
thats £829 to your door! AND it has a detailed colour pictured step by step install guide! i think its a winner. have a look and let me know if its any good and all the bits are there. heres the link.
