cut a hole in the rear centre section of bumper and poke it out there instead. That way the exhaust can be tucked right up out the way then

Yep, even with the window open an inch!

                    Cheers Rich,

Done it in stainless from the frontpipe-back, will sort the frontpipe as and when it rots. The pipe kinked on one of the bends going over the axle but its only cosmetic, no restriction in flow.

If i was to do another, i'd bend smaller lengths, then cut the bend out & re-weld into the finished pipe, rather than trying to bend multiple bends in one length..if that makes sense.? Would help with a better bender of course, i borrowed a mates clarke, just a press bender really, and without faffing and filling the pipe with sand etc you're not going to get the best results.

its underneath and out of sight so it don't matter to much does it.
My exhaust is stainless from the turbo back and i'm considering now about having another tailpipe made to come out the rear bumper.I can't off road much now so i'll just tart the truck up a bit so it looks half decent once the big lift is done
