  • has anyone used a LHD solid front axlefor a swap

I have wrecked an Idler arm (which was replaced 1yr and a half ago, and has sat since Oct) and my front end is not safe. I live in Canada so a LHD front diff is more common and cheap, and want to know if its possible or what?. would I just have to use a hilux knuckle? I have a freshly rebuilt steering box, pump and would like to use them whiles they are in good shape just do it so its more safe, reliable, and fun, anny help is awsome.

the axles are all the same wether it be l/h/d or r/h/d all toyota do is fit the steering box and arms on opposite sides of the chassis and hubs.just make sure that the axle you have has the same diff ratio as the ones you are running ,otherwise you will have to swap diffs over as well as axles.
