A switch to lock hubs?
Do you mean the hubs or the drive to the front wheels. Not the same thing. Manual hubs have to be locked manually by turning a 'switch' on the hub themselves. They stop the front shafts turning. Normally, even when not driving the front wheels, the front shafts are still being driven by the wheel leading to CV wear if you have a lift.
If you dont have something like this sticking out of your front wheels, you dont have manual hubs.
