Im just starting to make my blocks for 2" body lift and are making them out of the same stuff roger brown uses on 4crawler site, i know the body bolts are M10 , so am i best to go for 10.5mm hole in block or give it some more clearance and i take it being .2mm out on block height is ok ?

Ps...any nice people out there want to do the lift for me for a few tokens ?? D

Pity you aint closer, or id give you a hand, if your working within those tolerances you wont go far wrong after all we aint building aircraft
when i did mine i had blocks that were 4" long plus m12 bolts from surfinvatchfinkel, i had to cut em in half on a hand job mitre saw thing so they were a dam sight less "exact" than your are going to be plus ream out the mount spacers and file out some of the body holes, had no probs with it since i finished it about a year ago,
as for the bumper lift brackets, they are dead easy to make yourself, two sturdy plates about 3-4mm thick will do it, just mark the original bolt hole centers and trans fer em to a peice of card, then measure up to 2" centers with a set square or whatever, punch through these centers onto the plate and drill em a little oversize, if you cut the card to shape and offer it up to the chassi you will see where you have to cut to get em a nice flat fit (upright), cut the plates to suit the card and thats it, when i did mine i removed the brackets from the bumper, and bolter em to the lift brackets, leaveing em just "pinched", then refit the bumper, lighn it all up and tighten em all,
just check all pipes/lines as your lifting and remove the rubber shrouds that clip from the inner wing to the chassi behind each front wheel, not important but when they go "ping" as your lifting it does make you jump,
dont forget to WD40 all the mount nuts well before you start, a couple of days before! and loose'n em all first, then one side at a time, plus loos'n all three steering joints, 2 under the hood and 1 under the dash, and the fuel filler hose to tank clips, remove the rad lower shroud and worry about drop brackets later if you want em,
you may have to cut some of the trans tunnel away near the hi/lo lever, some do, some dont have to, i did have to, lever jammed on the tunnel!
        good luck
