  • Chaos Winch Bumper

Well, after talking about it for ages I've finally done it. It cost me being 4 hours late to see Mrs Chaos, but all that's needed now is painting.

    will post updates, later on
The design is based on the one produced by Smiffy, thanks

haven't done yet, but I'm going to trim back those sections to put them on the same line as the wheel arch trim.

I really cant see that being pedestrian friendly!

Are you gonna plate those areas behind (chequer plate?) to hide the exposed rusty truck bits?

Like this? Would be easy to do, and give you somewhere to put your beer

people should remember the green cross code, then they won't get hit by it lol.

Yeah I'm going to sort some chequer plate to cover the exposed areas. Still thinking about doing the underside and rear. Sealing them up, with a hatch on the top so I can use them as stowage compartments.

While painting the bumper I think it is time to give the chasis a clean and paint up too

if you dont get around to mounting the winch you could always use it as a front mounted window box

he he, good idea. After it's all finished and painted I'll have to sort out a test pull. May put new bolts in though.
