  • Removing the front bumper

Newbie Surf owner and got a problem with the front bumper which seems to be hanging wrong on the drivers side. I've a 92 with the wide arch kit and on the passenger side the gap between the arch and bumper top is a couple of mm but on the driver side I've got 20-30mm gap and the bumper looks to be angled up to the sky.

How can I remove the front bumper and see what's going on? Might be simple to do but newbie with no manual and I'm bored with lying underneath the bumper with a confused look!

There are four bolts at the front, two either side near the recovery hooks, and one dome head nut either side behind the splash guard in the wheel arch.
Sounds like one of these nuts are missing on one side causing the bumper to droop where it meets the wheel arch.

Oh, you'll need to unplug the indicators too if you're removing the bumper.
