Luke just be aware that if you get wider tyres and not wider rims then the tyres will sit a bit taller on the rims.I have just put some Kumho 33x1250x15's on 10" rims to give the wider look and have had to trim the front bumper slightly and the back of the wheel arch to stop the tyres from rubbing and that is with a 5" lift on the front end.I'm only making you aware that the tyres may/maynot rub etc but i don't know what clearance etc is on a 3rd gen

Cheers for the info Richard, I think i will end up with the 285's on my 8" rims as thats what most of the guys in the States are running with the OME lift and 2" body lift. But i have the chance of fitting the 305's at no cost to me so will give it a go. I just want bigger than 265's really

      Cheers

      Luke

At least you are now aware of any trimming that may be needed.Like i said i wouldn't want you to go to the exspense of bigger tyres and to find that they are way to big.Get some pics up when finished

This guy recommends that you should have a front diff drop kit with your plans.

especially with the 2" lift as you will start wearing out your cv joints.

i would think you only need a max of 1" spacers if its the same as the 2nd gen but speak to Tonyn and he will tell you exactly what you will need

                        E-Mail: steve@sonoransteel.com

He does ship to the UK, so it might be worth emailing him for a quotation on the shipping costs.
