step two...
take out the panel inside, and fine holes through the reinforcing in about the right place. scratch chin and think 'it cant be that straight forward, can it?? drill veeeeeeeeeeeerry small hole from the inside out, and then check allignment
step 3..
work out that it goes on the truck not the rack.
holes drilled do indeed line up, so enlarge them to suit bolts. stand back. clap hands and jump back up on the tailgate and drill the other 2 holes. look inside and notice no wires have been drilled, and bolts line up with 2 more holes in the reinforcing bits. spooky.
those of a nervous disposition, look away now.
now for the wiring..
get tank cutter to suit grommet in drill and make a hoofing great hole in your pride and joy
Nice job Charlie, Well done, Drilling them holes in the virgin paint is a real
nerve tingler, I was the same when i drilled for the light bar, two fags and a cup of tea before i plucked up the nessisary, All you gotta do now is take it off again and spray it grey, Anyway top job make, (i hope you bolted it on nice and securely, you would'nt want anyone creeping up in the wee hours and whipping it off, would you!!! hehe)
