Hello people,
Just wanted you to see my bumper finally installed. It is the 2nd Generation, as you can see the pieces are laser cut and welded instead of patched as the design bumper was. It weights a bit less than the previous version and a lot less than an ARB, also sticks out less. Same beefness BTW.
As you can see I relocated the turn signals inside the corner lights, using a small halogen 20W bulb, as little as the W5W of the marker light.
Where I located the solenoid contact box
What do you think? I also put a pair of Hella Comet 500 Driving lights with 100W bulbs, a trick to pass the Spanish MOT...
I know I could use a hawse fairlead, but with steel wire I prefer to use a roller fairlead...
I also made a longer brake line, measured compression and extension and ordered new rear shocks. With the SDORI BJ Spacers in front the flex is quite nice in the front for a IFS rig...
I know the snorkel hat is missed in the pics, I was searching for a ciclonic one to put in the summer.
Hope you like it.
David
