got my snorkel fitted yesterday. I'm affraid i chickened out on fitting it myself.

that hole in the wing just scared the sh#t out of me.

Looks good. what was the part number for the 2.4, & does it hit the passenger door when opening.

if you dont mind me asking? where did you get and how much did you pay for your winch mate?

what is it rated at (lb) ?

have you used it in anger to pull yourself out of a sticky situation. did it cope without a problem?

sorry about the grilling, but i am desperate to get a arb bumper and a winch.

There is a thread in this section for front winch bumpers , not ARB but Warn . The more people who want one the cheaper the order . Any questions PM Jotto .

Bumper came from Frogs Island 4x4 and winch from Goodwinch. It's a Superwinch X9 (rated at 9000 lbs) and I can't remember what it cost but if I was buying now I would get it with plasma rope fitted instead of wire. I fitted the plasma after around 18 months and it's so much better

More often it's used to pull other people out of trouble but it's never let me down yet.

yea i saw that thread.

cant make up my mind which one i like the best.

i like the look of the warn with those two recovery shackles on the front, however i like the way the top bar on the arb goes all the way out to the end of the bumper to give some protection to the lights.

any chance of a closer piccy of yours gamedawn?.

with the price of the top bar on the warn, ther isnt much of a price difference between the two, so i guess its a matter of what you prefer.
