Gentlefolk,
having researched exhausts for my 'toy' till I am sick of it... the general opinion (at least an Australian one) is that one requires a 3" dump pipe from the rear of the turbo to run down and across the gearbox to the gearbox/transfer case mount. From there it should be 2.5" straight through to the rear of the vehicle.
Most of the 'custom exhaust' people can handle 2.5" (63mm) tubing with no problems, a few (very few) can handle 3"...
Only problem now is a replacement flange to mount against the base of the turbo...
So get a gasket, and make one up.... or...

Apparently, this fits the exhaust side of the CT20 turbo...
This should do the trick shouldn't it?
